She is survived by: her children, Cassie Parson (Adam) of Calhoun, Tracy Taylor of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Craig Taylor (Tammy) of Blythewood; her siblings, Larry Whitener of Cayce, Rudy Whitener of Inman and Gloria Whitener of Spartanburg; and her grandchildren, T. J. Parson, Austen Parson, Lacey Harris and Grant Taylor.
