He is survived by: his significant other Erin Unsel; his siblings, Alex Adams, Shannon Turk, Carey Carlisle, Mike Carlisle, Lynette Carlisle and Beverly Clackum (Dane Prichett); and his pets, Penny and Gunner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
