She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brissey and Helen Frances Murrell Brissey; her sister Ruth Henry; and her grandson Jeremy Keith Charping. She is survived by: her husband Tony Phillips; her son Keith Charping of Greenville; her siblings, Joseph Brissey of Greenville and JoAnn Fowler of Conestee; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Nicole Henderson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Baptist Church (3270 SC-414, Taylors, SC 29687).
