She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest White; her parents, Jesse G. Gray and Ella Hortense; and her daughters, Yvonne W. Knox and Ernestine W. Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann W. Ford (Dennis) of Atlanta, GA, Ernest White, Jr. (Demetria) of Virginia Beach, VA, Melode' Brooks (Landrum) of Travelers Rest, SC and Jesse White (Maxine) of Taylors, SC; and her sister Corine Twyman (Walter) of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
