We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2025, at the age of 87, Jay Mauger of Taylors, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Jay Mauger; his grandson Timothy David Mauger; and his great-grandparent Jonathan. He is survived by: his daughter Laura McGonigal (Tom); his grandchildren, Brielle, Gavin, Jada, Caelyn and Kiara; his son David Mauger (Allison); his grandchildren, Alex, Nathan (Lauren) and Rachel; his daughter Rebekah Gorsuch (Bob); his grandchildren, Abigail and Micah; his son Jonathan Mauger; his grandchildren, Jayden, Emma, Jaxson, Jarrett, Joey, Viviana, Mya and Olivia; and his siblings, Linda Poulson (Kenneth), Jack Mauger (Judy), Richard, Bob, Roger Mauger and Judy Hartzler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (500 W Lee Rd, Taylors, SC 29687). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
