He was predeceased by: his parents, Rob Roy and Ruth Davenport Hellams; and his siblings, Jack Hellams, J. Y. Hellams, Mary Faulkner and Edna Franklin.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ann Sudduth (Frank) of Inman, Mark Timothy Hellams (Kim) of Taylors and William Ronnie Hellams of Lyman; his siblings, R. B. Hellams of Conestee, Roy Hellams (Sandy) of Simpsonville and Emma Benscoter (Bob) of Conestee; and his grandson Shaun.
