He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lewis and Francis Evans; and his brother Carl Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Dean (Lois) and Mark; his siblings, Bobby (Barbara) and Darlene; his sister-in-law Bonnie; his grandchildren, Andy and Claire (Steven); his great grandchildren, Owen, Laila and Brayton; and his nieces and nephews, Greg (Tina), Bobby III, Mike (Therese), Melanie, Dawn and Kristie.
