She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Parker, Jr. and Iris Joyner Parker; and her brother Hugh Parker III. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Lee Dixon; her son Jason Powell (Elbony); her stepchildren, Chris Dixon (Jenny) and Tammy Dickerson (Gary); and her grandchildren, Lane, Dana, Makayla and Chris.
