With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Ford of Taylors, South Carolina, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 10, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Ford and Casper Ford; his daughter Ruth Franklin; and his brother Jimmy Ford. He is survived by: his wife Angela Ford; his sons, Greg (Sandy) and Jimmy Ford; his stepchildren, Chris McLaughlin (Hope) and Robin Foster (Robert); his grandchildren, Katy, Brad Franklin, Coty Ford (Stacy), Christy Howell (Mike), Tony Hall, Kyle Foster and Kayla Taylor (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Kayden Franklin, Dalton Ford, Patelyn Crawford, Brittany Lawrence and Bradleigh Burgess; his sister Jean Thacker (English Springer Spaniel); and his pet Coop. He is also survived by five great great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gordon's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
