She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Briggs and Doris Pettegrew Briggs; and her sister Twyla Fauver. She is survived by: her husband John Francis Purcell; her daughters, Karla Little (Ken) of Greer and Karyn Day (Steve) of Boca Raton, Florida; her grandchildren, Erik Little (Erin) of Greer, Meghan Simmons (Luke) of Taylors and Kelsi Day of Cardiff; and her great grandchildren, Charleigh Simmons, Harper Simmons and John Harrison Little.
