He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and June McElrath Gossett. He is survived by: his aunt Mary McElrath; his wife Cathy; his children, Yvonne Allison (Jennie) and Daniel Gossett, Jr. (Bridget); his stepson Aaron Clark; and his grandchildren, Emily, Tyler Gossett, Leevi Allison, Katie and Joshua Clark.
