She is survived by: her husband Bill; her brother Clarence Foster; her children, David Starnes, Lecia Franklin (Marshall) and Jeffery Starnes; her grandchildren, William Franklin, Dillon Starnes, Mary Catherine Marsceau (Nicolas) and Lauren Elizabeth Franklin; her great grandchildren, Grady Starnes and Elise Marsceau; and her sister Betty Fry. She is also survived by her nephews and great niece.
