We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2022, at the age of 95, Cecelia Casby of Taylors, South Carolina, born in Irondale, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stout and Edith Stout (Bass); her husband Henry Casby; her sons, Wesley Casby, Clifford Casby and James Casby; and her brother George Earl Stout.
She is survived by: her son Melvin Casby (Paula) of Taylors. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews other extended relatives and friends.
