He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Sweat and Alton Lewis Killingsworth; and his siblings, Alton "Doc" Killingsworth, Jack Killingsworth, Charlie Killingsworth, Gene Killingsworth and Beth Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Peggie Miller Killingsworth; his children, Sonya Ables (Rudy), Sandra Jordan (Tom) and Ben Killingsworth II; his grandchildren, Matthew Ables (Beth), Gareth Ables (Ashley), Meghan Ables Chaney (Allen), Zach Jordan (Amanda) and Ferrell Killingsworth; his great grandchildren, Easton, Ellis, Wyatt, Anneclaire Ables, Silas, Nola Ables and Eleanor Chaney; and his brother Chip Killingsworth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
