He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jack Smith and Blanche Edwards Smith Conner; and his siblings, Donald Smith and Peggy Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McMillan Smith; his son Timothy Smith (Phyllis); his stepdaughters, Kimberly McMillan and Renee Lynn (Barry); his stepmother Ursula Smith; his brothers, Dean Smith (Linda), Ralph Smith (Rachel) and James Smith (Holly); his sister-in-law Patricia Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Angela Lynn Blackwell (Matt), Taylor Hendrix Albert (Alec) and Rojas (Timothy); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kinley Albert and Addison Albert.
