She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Ford and Earline Bowen Ellenburg; her son Ricky Duncan; and her siblings, James Ellenburg, Annie Sue Durham and Betty Mae Burton.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Duncan (Rhonda) of Seneca, Jimmy Duncan (Kathey) of Salem, Byron Earl Duncan (Rita) of Salem and Kenneth Whitworth (Tanya) of Salem; her brothers, Bud Ellenburg (Linda) of Salem, Paul Ellenburg (Peggy) of Liberty, Earl Ellenburg of Salem and Preston Ellenburg of Liberty; her grandchildren, Terri Couch, Jamie Bradley, Haley Aguilar, Heather Duncan, Justin Duncan, Brandon Duncan, Kimberly Duncan, Kenny Duncan, Harley Duncan, Eden Whitworth and Kent Whitworth; and her stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Bridges and Nate Chappell. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
