He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd and Lula Mae Owens Price; his son Ben Price; and his brothers, Charles Price and Norman Price.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Chapman Price; his son Joseph "Joe" Glenn Price (Lisa) of Tamassee; his grandchildren, Hope, Amie and Tyler; and his brothers, Tommy Price (Laura Jamieson) of Pendleton and Seaborn Price of Seneca.
