He was predeceased by: his parents, Cladie Harper and Betty Nalley Harper; and his son James Matthew Greer. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Brown of Ware Shoals; his siblings, Billy Brown (Diane) of Ware Shoals, David Brown (Billee) of Ware Shoals, Sidney Lee Brown of Ware Shoals, Elizabeth Ann Henley of Ware Shoals and Cindy Moore (Bill) of Ware Shoals; his grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Dalton Hawkins, Jadyn Price, Sydney Brown, Lauren Greer and Reagan Greer; and his great grandchild Braxton Brown.
