He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Willis, Jr. and Sara Zelda Allen Willis. He is survived by: his wife Marilee Willis; his children, Ken Willis, Jr. (Sheila), William Henry Willis and Bonnie Michelle Arvay (Brandon); and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Spence and Sara Raye Shearer. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
