He is survived by: his wife Esca Louise King Jumper; his sons, Franklin McCoy "Frankie" Jumper, Jr. (Jane), Mark Jumper (Laura) and Todd Jumper; his grandchildren, Clyde Darryl Jumper, Franki Pou (Joe), Alma Whitfield (Jeff), Emily Jumper, Isabella Jumper, Coy Jumper, Cara Jumper, Claire Jumper and Emma Jumper; his great grandchildren, Joseph Hunter Pou, Franklin Jameson Pou, Analiese Chara Whitfield, Laurel Eden Whitfield and Genesis Ozias Kollie; and his sister Orene Carter.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (123 Faith Church Rd, Swansea, SC 29160). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
