He was predeceased by: his parents, Eston Harry Hoffman, Sr. and Vera Rucker Hoffman; and his wife Frances S. Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Faye Smith (Keith Jones) and Shannon Joy Cooper (Wayne); his stepchildren, Lee Snipes (Shirley), Al Hooker (Renee) and John Hooker; his grandchildren, Aaron Snipes, Avery Snipes, Clayton Hooker, Kylee Hooker, Heather Dutton (Cody), Justin Hooker, Christie Smith (David), Conner Jones, Hannah Cooper, Grace Cooper and Junah Cooper; his great grandchildren, Ryder Dutton and Ella Smith; and his siblings, Katherine Jumper (late Larry Jumper) and Daniel Hoffman (late Dianne Jumper).
