She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Owens and Roxie Owens; her sisters, Raquel Royster (James) of Murrells Inlet and Jeanette Owens-Norton (David) of Monroe, NC; and her grandparents, Canon Rudolph, Lynne van and Hiel of Mansfield, PA.
