She was predeceased by: her father William McDowell; and her husband John D. Elliott. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Elliott (Donna) of Myrtle Beach, David Elliott (Marie) of Williamston, WV and Michael Elliott (June) of West Deptford, NJ.; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Chandler, Zoie and Addison; her great grandchild Levi; and also Rebecca.
Memorial contributions may be made in Sandy's honor by bringing a non-perishable food donation on the day of her service to Surfside United Methodist Church for the Hope for Kids Food Truck.
