It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Anne Spurgeon of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie Myrle Spurgeon; her parents, Earl Childers and Ruby Childers; her brother Sonny Childers (Leslie Spurgeon); and her children, Judith Huls (Spurgeon), Thomas and Dale Spurgeon.
She is survived by: her son Scott Spurgeon (Darla); her daughter-in-law Lupita Spurgeon; her grandchildren, Meagan, Jessica, Hannah, Alyssa, Sean, Shane, Kyle, Aaron Spurgeon and William Huls; and her great grandchild AnnaStella Spurgeon.
