We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 88, Mary Elkins Nance of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Clarkton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Elkins and Louise H. Elkins; her husband James M. Nance, Sr.; and her brothers, Clarence E. Elkins, Jr. and William A. Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, James M. Nance, Jr. and Cynthia Kay Stout; her grandson William A. Stout of Surfside Beach, SC; her sister Jane E. Bullard of Whiteville, NC; her sister-in-law Eunice Elkins of Clarkton, NC; and her close friend Joann Woods. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
