It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Black of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elisabeth Thompson and Walter B. Thompson; her husband Frank Y. Black; her siblings, Margaret Redman, Geneva Rea, Deed Wenger and Walter "Bud" Thompson; and her daughters, Francine Klingshirn (Roy), Denise Black Viscomi, Darla Black-Myntti (Don), Lori Cain and Surfside Beach of South Carolina. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
