With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Stanford of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 76. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas "Dutch" Stanford and Melba Hager Stanford; his brothers, Wayne and Bud Stanford; his wife Donna Green Stanford of Surfside Beach; his sons, Shane Stanford (Anamaria) of Seattle, WA and Matthew Stanford (Ashley) of Salem, IL; his grandchildren, Paisley Faith, Piper LaDonne and Paxton Clyde Stanford; and his sister-in-law Gwyn Stanford. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
