He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Addison Rhodes (Michael); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Alexandra (Joel), Austin and Zachary; his great grandchildren, James, Teresa, Joseph and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Randall Jackson Addison and Faye Addison White (Larry).
