He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B Chapman and Floy K Chapman (Kinser); his siblings, Ralph W Chapman, John A Chapman and Hazel Miller; and his stepsons, Bill Turner and Rick Turner James.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Chapman (Player); his son Terry Lyn Chapman; his granddaughters, Lyn Ann Wilson (Bill) of Urbana, IL, Donna Jo Inman (Tom) of Rockbridge, IL and Pam Jones (David) of Greenfield, IL; his stepdaughter Sheila Colarusso of Lowell, MA; his stepgranddaughter Kortnie Platt of Layton, UT; his stepson Steven Turner of Las Vegas, NV; his great grandchildren, Darren, Kenneth Inman, Brittany Jones, Kaitlyn Jones, Holly Jones, Hunter Jones and Meagan Jones; and his great great grandchild Paisley Jones.
