He is survived by: his spouse Bessie McCutchen Lowder; his parent Jessamine Skipper Lowder; his children, Jenifer Lowder Boykin (Allen) of Lake Wateree, Henry Lee Lowder, Jr. (Tammy) of Oswego and Marvin Dewitt Lowder of Surfside Beach; his grandchildren, Caroline Spivey (Jonathan), Willis Henry Boykin (Rebecca) and Charles Lee Lowder; his great grandchildren, William Spivey, Olivia and Andy Boykin; and his siblings, Wayne Lowder of Columbia, Nell McDaniel of Sumter, Ann Harrison (Walt) of Phoenix, AZ and Nancy Kerlin (Tom) of Knoxville, TN..
