He is survived by: his father Robert "Bobby" Edward Lee Lewis, Jr.; his wife Colleen Henderson Lewis of Surfside Beach; his daughters, Josie Alana Thompson (Joseph) of Surfside Beach and Isabelle Alana Lewis of Surfside Beach; his siblings, Robert Lee Lewis (Stacie) of Murrells Inlet, Kathryn Lewis Worrell of Myrtle Beach and Sissy Lewis Warren of Murrells Inlet; his siblings-in-law, Steve Henderson (Mary Beth), Kevin Hales (Sarah), Sherri Henderson (Tim) and Jessica Hales (Anthony); his grandson Edwin Wade Thompson LaBell; his pets, Annie, Maverick, Dipper, Lily and Little; and his nieces and nephews, Nisha, Kaylen, Hunter, Kristen, Alexandra, Gavin, Walker H, Stevie, Walker P, Taneijah, Fallon, Joslyn, Knox, George, August and Hazel.
