He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden D. Alexander and Emma B. Alexander (Walters); and his nephew Thomas Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his daughters, Janet M. Gagas (John) and Sandra Poplin (Todd); his grandchildren, Alexandra Gagas Bauer (Kyle), Steven, David, Micaela, Victoria Gagas, Chase Poplin and Leeann P. Dubose (Kasey); and his nephews, John Alexander Jr., William Alexander and Douglas Peaker.
