Catherine Cavin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Catherine Cavin of Surfside Beach, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Gano Cox and Elizabeth Vaughn Cox. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Donald E Cavin; her children, DeLeith Brooks (Cris Anderson), Sandra Pouncey (Ken), Scott Cavin (Jean) and Wes Cavin (Lee Anne); and her grandchildren, Blaire, Brittany, Joy, Blake, Anna, Mac and Morgan. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Masks are required and social distancing recommendations will be followed at all times while inside the church buildings.
In lieu of flowers, Catherine requests memorial gifts be made in her memory to the United Methodist Women's ministries of the local United Methodist churches served by her and Don or to a charity of your choice.
