It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Marie Roberts of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, born in Richton, Mississippi, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Edward and Willie Marie Douglas; and her brother Sammy Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Quimby" Roberts; her daughters, Debra Deaton (Allen) of Surfside Beach, Cindy Roberts of Surfside Beach and Carol Fallon of Surfside Beach; her grandchildren, Kip Deaton (Abbey), Holly Johnson, Wesley Bilyeu, Aubrey Benjamin (Alex) and Caylee Fallon; her great grandchildren, Dylan Johnson and Ellarose Deaton; her sisters, Sue Gardner of Denton, TX and Carolyn Pentecost of Dickson, TN; and her friends, Patti and Don Taylor of Murrells Inlet.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Lower Cape Fear Life Care, Attn: Donations, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401 Services will be held at a later date.
