She was predeceased by: her parent Bertil Payne. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Hayes; her husband Paul Rogan of Surfside Beach; her stepdaughters, Denise Burke (Mike), Michele Hunter and Bridget Morgan (Mark); her grandchildren, Tim Evans (Sarah), Nicole Evans, Shannon Burke, Sydney Hatcher (Nate), Lindsay Hunter and Ryan Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Evans, Elliot Evans, Ally Evans, Kate Evans, Holland Hatcher and Carmen Hatcher.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to Hospice Tidelands.
