Barbara Ann Burton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Burton in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Lee Freeland; her parents, William Raymond Campbell Sr. and Grace Louise Pettis Campbell; her sister Rhonda Lee Campbell; and her grandson Jonah Burton.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Burton; her daughters, Grace Elizabeth Freeland Campbell (Liz) and Donna Jean Brock; her son-in-law Johnny Brock (JB); her stepchildren, Shawn Burton (Kathryn), Dana Burton, Alice Burton, Shane Burton (Rachel), Michelle Turner and Joni Johnson (Wesley); her siblings, William Campbell Jr. (Nancy), Ramona May (Allan), Thomas Campbell and Deborah Campbell; her extended family, Rickie Robinson (Pete) and Bryan Talbert; and her grandsons, Jeffery Robinson (Elizabeth), Ryan Robinson (Madison) and Zachery Robinson (Destinee). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Trinity United Methodist Church ASAP program, PALM Charter High or your local food bank.
