With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Conethel Hudson (Sunset, South Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2019 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Lee "Cooter" Hudson, Sr.; and her siblings, Ethel Adams, Margaret Watson, Vernell Watson and Buddy Watson.

She is survived by: her children, Lee Hudson and Lisa Hudson; her daughter-in-law Jackie Hudson of Easley; her grandchildren, Amanda Hudson (Doug Fowler) and Matthew Hudson; her great grandchild McKenna Fowler of Easley; and her siblings, Wilton "Bill" Watson of Pickens, Dallie Lunsford of Greenwood and Marretta "Deddie" Smith of Salem.
