He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hershcel Lowe, Sr. and Ruby Knight Lowe; and his wife Betty Lowe. He is survived by: his children, David Lowe (Char Lloyd) of Sumter, Donald Lowe (Laura) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Donna Benenhaley of Sumter, SC and Pam Stone (Ron) of Hayden, AL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
