He was predeceased by: his parents, William Person and Francis Pearson; his siblings, Freddie Meshan, Ozell Meshan, Brenda Meshan, Michelle Gamble, Marion Pearson, William Person, Sr. and Robert Meshan; and his parents-in-law, Ethel Bowman and McKinley Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pearson; his children, Tywaun Bowman, Delvon Pearson, Shamel Pearson and Janel Pearson; his sisters, Wanda Conyers and Yvonne Matthews; and his sister-in-law Connie Pearson.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ephriam D. Stephens Funeral Home (230 N Lafayette Dr, Sumter, SC 29150). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
