He was predeceased by: his father James Kelly. He is survived by: his stepson Terrance D. Stuckey of Bishopville; his daughters, Aquira S. Kelly of Hartsville and Unlanya T. Kelly of Bishopville; and his siblings, Felicia Kelly of Simpsonville, Yolanda Kelly of Hartsville, Demetria Kelly of Bishopville, Rasheeda L. Kelly of Simpsonville and Jonathan L. Kelly of Bishopville.

In accordance with COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitations at the home.
