She was predeceased by: her mother Kathy Geddings Thompson; her grandparents, Charlie, Helen Geddings, Marion and Doris Holladay; her brother Billy Thompson; and her stepfather Frank Thompson.

She is survived by: her father Samuel Holladay; her children, Summerton, Daphane Grace Hall-Rivers of Elgin, Jacob Dylan Gainey of Sumter and Emily Lane Downin (Haley) of Frederica, DE; her granddaughter Raegan Mejia; her siblings, Tracie Holladay Benton, Samantha Mathis (Erik), Joshua Holladay (Abby), Jimmy Thompson, Bobbi Johnson (Kevin), Jelenna Wise (Chuck) and Frankie Thompson (Cassie); and her close friend Mark Gainey. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Green Acres Assembly of God (537 Lewis Rd, Sumter, SC 29154). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
