He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Card and Catherine Turner Card; and his granddaughter Samantha Gaines. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Braxton Card; his children, Ronald Chance Card (Chiharu) and Lindsay Gaines; his granddaughter Jasmin Gaines; his siblings, Booty Turner (Libby), Steve Card (Marcia), Stan Card, Donnie Card, Bucky Card and Tammy Card Mitchum; and his stepchildren, Jody Driggers and Michelle McGuire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
