McIntosh, Jr. (Melissa) of Wedgefield and Ronald Allan McIntosh (Stacy) of Mayesville; his sister Linnie Walden of West Virginia; and his grandchildren, Angela Caples, Breanna Joe McIntosh, Zackery Hunter McIntosh, Bryan LeBlanc, Christopher A. McIntosh, Keith W. McIntosh, Allan T. McIntosh and Pioneer Drive.
