He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Vincent of Kaplan, Louisiana.; his children, Elizabeth Fredenburg (Kevin), Christina Lavergne, Christopher Lavergne (Katie), Nicholas Lavergne, Peter Lavergne (Faith) and Rudy Ramos (Brittany); and his siblings, Danny Lavergne, Chuck Degand (Mary) and Lisa Duhon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Anne St. Jude Debt Reduction Fund, in honor of Rick's lifelong commitment to his faith and community.
