She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Coleman Welch; her parents, James L. Leggett and Sadie Weiner Leggett; and her sisters, Dorothy Leggett Price and Ruth Leggett Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Eric Raynor (Susan) of Fayette, AL and Kimberley Renee Waidelich (Steven) of Aiken, SC; her grandchildren, Eric Kyle Raynor (Hayley Raynor) and Jennifer Johnson Smith; her great grandchildren, Neveah Raynor, Zaylen Franks and Jayden Franks; and her close friend Barbara McCoy.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bullock Funeral Home (1190 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (3655 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606).
