She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey D. Price; her parents, Elias Guthrie Strickland and Estus Buffkin Strickland; and her siblings, Marvin Strickland, Elias Strickland, Almond Strickland, Balzora Hayes and Montress Causey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Price (Dani) of Matthews, NC, H. Stanley Price (Elisabeth), L. Ray Price of Alcolu, SC and Faith E. Joslin (Dan) of Sumter, SC; her sister Doris Ann Shelley (James C., Jr.) of Creedmoor, NC; and her brother-in-law Harold Causey of Salisbury, NC.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (802 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 107 E. Liberty St., Sumter, SC 29150.
