It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Rollins Walker (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Kenneth had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Kenneth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Rollins Walker and Eva Catoe Walker. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Baker Walker; his sons, Ryan Cody Halsall of Charleston and Brett Halsall of Camden; and his brother Bruce Adolf Walker of Sumter.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church.
