He is survived by: his spouse Kay Geddings Blackwell; his daughters, Paulette Ardis (Will) of Sumter, Deborah Reynolds (Travis) of Mountain Home and Brittany Blackwell (Eric Holloman) of Sumter; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Elmore of Sumter and Lisa Buckels (Robert Bedard) of Dalzell; his siblings, James Roger Blackwell (Sue) of Manning, David Blackwell of Sumter, Carol Brzyski of Virginia Beach, Virginia Drose and Rachel Drose (Don) of Manning; his siblings-in-law, Carole Blackwell of Sumter and Jerome Geddings (Jeff) of Dallas, Texas; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by two granddaughters that he reared, Tristan Jade Buckels and Desiny Clear Buckels; eight additional grandchildren; one great grandchild.
