She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Smith and Margaret Smith McIntosh of Pinewood. She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her daughters, Christina McIntosh (Joseph) of Pinewood and Johni McElveen (Will) of Andrews; her grandchildren, Griffin McIntosh, Charley McIntosh, Lynlee Kate McElveen, Reid McElveen and Faith McIntosh; her sister Rhonda Harris (David) of Pinewood; and her nieces, Mary Ann Baker (Joe), Danielle Welch (Daniel) and Lilly Grace Harris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pinewood Baptist Church Music Ministry in her honor, 10 E. Fulton St., Pinewood, SC 29125.
