He is survived by: his spouse Lila June Taylor; his children, Nancy Cook (David), John Erskine Bailey (Amanda), Penny Cook (Patrick), David Bailey (Lisa) and Darryl Bailey (Kathryn); and his siblings, Adalee Hipps, Karen Bengston and Claude Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many dear friends.
